Was impressed when I was given an appointment card with ten o'clock on it, at the same time as the details were entered in the diary. The time came, but no plumber! I gave it half an hour and then rang, No apology but was told, "I'll be with you in twenty minutes." Twenty minutes pass, still no plumber. At 12.10, we had to go out.
