Faulty carpets laid to be replaced but only some of the rooms livingroom carpet left with a slit in carpet that he said he was going to come back and replace not heard from him since shocking customer service rude and abrupt should never have fitted faulty carpets will never use this person again and wouldn't recommend jw carpets still waiting on carpet being replaced as slit and join is coming away on same carpet
Bedroom, top landing and staircase carpets fitted. I am really pleased with the work done. Received a phone call the day before to confirm details. Arrived on time, work completed to a high standard. Alan and work colleague were both very pleasant and friendly, did a great job with the fitting and left both bedroom and stairs tidied up. Would recommend ABC Flooring and will certainly use again. Thank you :)

We got this guys card from JW Carpets in Coatbridge thinking he will be great. He clearly takes on more jobs than he has time for. Told us on the phone that it would take a couple of days. He turned up Wednesday and wanted every room emptied in 10 minutes flat and since I'm a single woman, that was hard but didn't offer to help, he was very rude and abrupt. Got a carpet for full house from JW Carpets and got these guys to fit as they were available on Saturday. What a mess they made, several months later and the carpet has bumps everywhere, it clearly hadn't been stretched properly.
