Well, we were unfortunate enough the the neighbour opposite our house booked A A Treecare (which is not a company but rather just a trading name) to get a job done by them. Our and next door gardens were used without permission to carry on the job, our shed was also used as a scaffold and ended up with one cut branch pierced the roof and requiring new roof. We were told that they would come and fix the roof which we declined as we saw them in action and also it was late November and shed was full of stuff closed for winter. ... read more
I had this company booked to do some tree work but despite confirming a time the night before, on the day they didn't show up. When I contacted them they said they would find out what happened and get back to me, since then none of my text messages or phone calls had been answered. Really unimpressed and disappointed
