Have been a couple of times for small things unfortunately I went too them to get new sills after failing an MOT back in September but in the process once getting my car back they put the wrong track rod arm which caused the steering was off so I went to a different garage days later to see what the issue was they placed the car on the ramps and even I could see it was off my over an inch in size and hammered in and forced just to fit. Absolutely appalled by the service at AA Garage Services. My Smart Car has been with them for nearly a year just to replace an engine—a job that should have taken weeks, not twelve months! Every single time I manage to get in touch with Ricky, the owner, he tells me, “It’ll be done next week.” That week has never come. Meanwhile, I’ve seen other cars come in after mine and get finished without delay. My messages go unanswered, calls are ignored, and when I finally reach someone, they always promise to call back but never do.... read more

Asked Ricky to do my MOT at short notice, he fit me in at a push and got it thro. Excellent customer service, highly recommend 👌
