We were really happy with the advice we received whilst choosing and purchasing the carpet, Amanda who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and really helpful. Sadly, upon firing, the carpet was fitted nearly 2 and a half hours later than first agreed. I was aware that there would be about an hour delay as was contacted the day before. Absolutely brilliant service from A&A flooring starting with the man who came to Measure, the lovely lady at the shop where I chose my safety flooring and Tom the carpet/vinyl fitter who did an absolutely fantastic job so friendly and very professional. I am completely blown away by A&A flooring would HIGHLY recommend 5 🌟
We recently had our front room done and it was to a high quality. We had a little hiccup with the delivery but it was soon sorted out, Steve was very kind and knocked £50 off the price which was a kind a kind gesture and much appreciated. The fitters was amazing also we had Aiden and his son and they were both very hard working and was very professional and even cleaned up after themselves which was great. Would recommend to anybody about buying a carpet from these guys...Great job
