Lady was very rude and rejected me from a massage. Hung up the phone whilst trying to book because I confused her shop for a Chinese massage therapist on the same road. Took it very personal and came across racist to Chinese people. Definitely would not recommend giving your money to this company.

Love 9SM!! Jess is so good at her craft!! It always amazes me when she hits that problem area with such precision. A great addition to my self care regime.
I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve just sat in front of the closed shop for 20 minutes despite having a confirmed booking on Fresha. No contact, no nothing. What a waste of time, and I’m now more stressed than I was coming here!
