My recent visit My wife and I recently visited 92 West Paces and met with Martha to view a 2 bedroom. The grounds we reel very well kept and the building was beautiful. Depending on my job transfer to Atlanta I will highly recommend calling 92 west Paces home.
Truly Luxury Homes I'm so happy we found this place! So many places in Atlanta call themselves 'luxury', but this place is truly what they advertise. From the first tour we took, to being quarantined in our new home, we have been super comfortable! We are really impressed by how diligent the leasing staff is at responding to all of our emails and how fast and easy it was applying and signing the lease. Awesome place to live After living in 8 apartments 92 has been the best. I won't lie and say I have never heard a noise here. However I have heard noises at the other 7 apartments I have lived in along with plenty of other issues. You live in an apartment complex sharing your "home" with hundreds of other guest. You learn to take the good with the bad. The good at 92 definitely outweighs the bad. The location is amazing, after work I can park my car and be free from the daily traffic. The apartment that over promise and under deliver This building promises a lot of romance but fail every attempt to deliver. Instead of focusing on the glamour of free coffee, baci ball court, salt water pool, gym and rooftop terrace, they should focus on the basics such as insulation and thicker walls. Too Many Cons Outweigh the Pros Pros 1. Location. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the city and Whole Foods is across the street. 2. Leasing staff. They are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. 3. Maintenance. The staff is quick to resolve issues. 4. Storage. Ample amount of storage is provided in-unit. Cons 1. Noise. Noise from people walking and talking in the hallway. Noise from your neighbors (next door and upstairs). Every word spoken in your unit is audible in the hallway. LOUD, LOUD, LOUD Here! These overpriced apartments are, surprisingly, constructed cheaply. It is LOUD coming from the walls, ceilings, and hallway! I will NOT be renewing my lease here. Very disappointed in the property and its owners.
Loud and guests have to pay to park The apartments are located in a great part of town, many units have a great view and amenities such as the rooftop lounge, the coffee bar and the pool are awesome. The management team keeps residents aware of what's going on via email, which is nice. However, one major con is the guest parking - the office staff try their best to avoid telling future residents that their guests have to pay an hourly rate to park. Awesome interiors but walls paper thin! I love love love the location, amenities, floorplan, and interior of the apartments. Unfortunately, the downside are the paper thin walls and doors...ceilings/floors are pretty solid. This is by far the premium side of town and I expected at least standard soundproofing in my "luxury" apartment. Another downside are that some tenants aren't very considerate with the lack of soundproof and make far too much noise in the hallways during "quiet hours".
