Verified Renter I like my apartment, although There is a ton of noise on my floor. You can hear everything as you walk by. Insulation is not very good. i’m not completely in my apartment yet, but if I’m able to hear noise after 10, that won’t be good. I hope residence are aware that other residents can hear everything they’re saying. My apartment is very clean, and I like it. Other than the noise on my floor I don’t have anything really to say yet.

Hidden Gem I’ve had a part-time apartment at 92 West Paces for the last three years. I was planning on moving out to get closer to my office. However, after looking around, I decided to renew my lease for another year. I have Love living here. Jorge with maintenance is always fantastic and all the ladies and leasing office are very supportive and fantastic as well, this is truly a hidden gem and Buckhead
