Loud and guests have to pay to park The apartments are located in a great part of town, many units have a great view and amenities such as the rooftop lounge, the coffee bar and the pool are awesome. The management team keeps residents aware of what's going on via email, which is nice. However, one major con is the guest parking - the office staff try their best to avoid telling future residents that their guests have to pay an hourly rate to park. Awesome interiors but walls paper thin! I love love love the location, amenities, floorplan, and interior of the apartments. Unfortunately, the downside are the paper thin walls and doors...ceilings/floors are pretty solid. This is by far the premium side of town and I expected at least standard soundproofing in my "luxury" apartment. Another downside are that some tenants aren't very considerate with the lack of soundproof and make far too much noise in the hallways during "quiet hours".
For the most part... For the most part, the apartment are overall a pretty great place to live. The neighborhood is nice, the office staff is great. The ambiance is wonderful. Only downfalls are that the stove/oven, and refrigerator are really cheap that they put in here. They still work, they are just cheap. Free coffee and hot chocolate is always a perk.
