We chose the perfect residence We’ve been living here at West Paces ferry for close to two years. The personnel, property, and location are perfect for us. The management and maintenance personnel here are outstanding. The service they provide is excellent-They are Insanely attentive and responsive. The property is safe, clean and very well maintained. Verified Renter I would give the property an overall 4, however, the property needs to explore options for additional soundproofing. You can hear too much through the walls of the adjacent apartment.

Verified Renter 92 W Paces is the best community in the Buckhead area. The management team is knowledgeable and very responsive. Neighbors are welcoming, nice and fun to be around. And, the community is within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping in the Atlanta!

Verified Renter I moved in a week ago and this community has exceeded expectations! The apartment is amazing, the community is very quiet, clean and safe. The application process was smooth and the leasing staff is very nice!

Well managed building! I renewed my lease for another year recently. The management was responsive to my complaint about elevator noise and the rent increase. Since then, the elevator noise has been addressed and reduced (at least I think it has, but since the one elevator is always out of order, it is yet to be confirmed). One comment: the visitor parking pass thing is cumbersome. It would be better if visitors could register their car with the office, and not have to have a paper pass.
