I am not the reviewing type, but I wanted to come here and sing praises for 911 Service Today. The short story is that I had another company come out for a diagnosis plus five times to fix my hot water heater tank and ended up with a proposal that meant spending well over $3,000 to correct the problem (labor only); 911 came out and I had hot water flowing again after just two hours of their time. Leonard was excellent in providing service to my dryer. He was on time, finished the work in the time he stated, made sure that the vent was clean, and cleaned up behind the washer and dryer.

My Wife was searching for an appliance repair company to take a look at our Maytag washing machine. She came across 911 appliance repair and sent me the info to call them. From the time I called them and them sending a technician out to us, to assess the problem and ordering the part fixing the problem, was about a week. 911 was hired by the LG company to represent their company. The gentleman that came to look at my gas range did a very nice job. He was professional and efficient. I’m very appreciative of the work he was able to provide. Thank you
