911 Service was great. From scheduling the appt. to the service technician arriving on time. Andrew Taylor was professional, friendly, and explained in great detail the issues with our stove. Andrew also had a great sense of humor!!! While it took a few weeks to get the parts their office was efficient and kept us in the loop. We would definitely use them again in the future for any appliance repair. Great communication is so important and they exceeded in this department.

Reliable, communicative, fair. I have used this company a few times at my rental house and also at my own home. I have been happy with their work and pricing. Of note, many of the techs and the owner are former servicemen or first responders so they come with good values and a good work ethic.

Andrew Taylor came to investigate a gas leak with our range. He was very thorough and took his time to test and investigate the gas smell. In the end it was not the range or it's connection but a hole in the line leading to the range. We are very grateful for his persistence and knowledge for this situation.

Blair was fantastic! He was so helpful, kind and honest. My washing machine broke and he identified the problem and gave me an honest opinion on what I should do. Rose was also very helpful on the phone and nice. I will definitely use this company again for all my appliance needs. Nice finding good/honest people again to help you.

Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff was amazing and very helpful through the process of having my washer fixed. Def recommend!
