I was referred here by my primary care physician. Looking at some of the reviews made me wonder what I might be walking into, as it was my first visit. Upon arrival I was promptly and courteously greeted by Brittney, who was working at the reception. The other reviews aren’t lying. I was also sent a huge surprise bill for routine lab work after an annual exam. Dr. Jonathan Nguyen ordered routine lab work as part of my check up. However, other tests were added that weren’t mentioned during the visit, but added to my online notes. I spent hours on the phone with their billing department explaining that I went in for a routine checkup and requesting they correct their coding accordingly. I really wish I read these reviews earlier. I had a similar experience to people who commented that they went for an annual exam and got slapped with a huge bill that the office refused to fix. They ordered routine bloodwork and added another test after the fact that the practitioner did not mention during the visit, but added to my online notes. I called to ask what it was for and they never got back to me, but falsely claimed that they left a voicemail. From other people's comments, I agree that this office is a total scam... read more
Completely incompetent. I came here for a simple but very important time sensitive urine test. They used the wrong container and couldn't process my test. By the time they informed me and I was able to return, it was 3 weeks later I show up again and I asked if they won't be billing me and my insurance for this since it were their screw up the first time. I usually always have a good experience when coming to my doctor's office. They're very efficient and customer service oriented. I really like that.
