Verified Renter Having lived here for the past five years, I have nothing but good things to say about 803 corday! A quiet, quaint, and near so many amenities? Don't get me started on the coffee machine in the leasing office haha.

803 Corday is a nice community. Maintenance issues... 803 Corday is a nice community. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The staff is courteous, and kind. I love that pets are welcomed. I am experiencing a bit of sticker shock as rent is very high compared to small town America. All things considered, it’s a wonderful space. My only complaint is I have corner unit, and the bathroom is bitterly cold in the master bedroom. I’ve only been here 3 months. The lack of insulation makes me nervous about the heat in the summer ... read more

Doesn't recommend this Apartment community once you move out they will charge you for unnecessary fees. carpet replacement because its was damaged in high traffic area. so if you move in make sure you fly and don't walk on the carpet. ( Or best don't move in at all). They are mean people charging 700-800$ for moving out.
just move dout The apartment was ok, decent size nd location, and the maintenance team were responsive and nice, however after moving out the leasing office charged me with a fee for breaking the microwave grill, even though I never even touched it or had access to it, I understand when I break something or damage, but in this scenario they said - sometimes they break so you have to pay, they said themselves it is not something you did wrong they just break, plus in addition when I left everything was brand new.
Amazing experience We really enjoy our stay here. We are always so happy showing friends and family our apartment because it looks new and very spacious. A place you can definitely be proud of.
Non-stop barking dogs with no recourse The property is situated in a great location and decent living conditions overall. However, the dogs in the community are truly ruining the peace. I’ve had to listen to barking dogs below me and around the complex until 11pm some nights. Unfortunately, there’s little the property management or city will do to assist. I once would’ve recommended this place, but I am no longer planning to live here or recommend anyone else do so.
Awesome place 803 Corday is an excellent place to live! Very close to the mall and downtown Naperville. The maintenance guys are phenomenal and keep this complex clean especially during the winter months. The leasing office staff are great as well. Tara, one of the staff members is by far the best. She’s very professional and is always there to help when needed. Lastly, the pool and gym are always well kept and great to use. I highly recommend this apartment complex, you won’t be disappointed!
