The Very Best – 77 is the coolest salon in Portland. The location rocks and the stylists are the very best. Mandy Z has done my hair for years and has taken it from safe to bold to safe again. I wouldn't dare trust my locks to any other salon! The hours are accomodating and flexible. 77 is always on the cutting edge and staffed with experienced professionals. Check it out! You will love it!

Mandy Rox! – Mandy and the crew at 77 will rock your world! The salon is mellow and unintimidating, yet you'll come out of there looking like a million bucks. 1st Thursdays are a fun time to hang with the stylists while unpretentious art surrounds the salon. Being in the coolest part of the city doesn't hurt either! Check this place out!

Brunette to Blonde! – Mandy was the best. I told her what I wanted and she couldn't have done better. I love my hair. I went from a brunette to a semi-blonde and I am not in shock. I get so many compliments on my hair color/cut. People want to know where I got my hair done and what her # is. She is the best!

darian – Mandy is great to go to, located downtown, but completely unpretentious. You walk in and totally feel at ease. Mandy is totally upbeat and friendly, never seems to be in a bad mood. If a modern, but not over the top look is what you are going for, she is the one. She doesn't force you to do anything you are uncomfortable with, and loves to color within your budget! mandy rocks!!

"The One" – Mandy always uses her instincts when doing my hair. She has a plan for where I can go with my hairstyle, but always includes me in it, so I am confident that she will come up with a good design. I like her ability to improvise on the spot, if I don't know what I want. She is also very good at translating her "hair know-how" into something a "hair illiterate" like myself can understand. Mandy's the best around town! – It's true. You're only as cool as your hair. Mandy has great ideas and I always walk out of her salon really happy with what she's done. I am so glad that I found her! If you're not happy with your current stylist or just want a change, I would DEFINATELY recommend Mandy. You won't be disappointed.

Bring out Your Best!! – Mandy is my answer to defying age. My hair is hip and happening and I feel sexier: okay I am a 37 year old mom but so what: I look cool! Because inside me there's a hot, saavy woman with talent and Mandy makes sure I look the part. I trust her--it's been six years--and I send friends for cuts and colors and makeovers. Fun and funky – I do agree with the other poster that Mandy is the person to go to if you want an edgier "do." I believe he/she was a little harsh other than that . . . Mandy is an excellent colorist, and is great at truly finding unique cuts. Her clients leave happy and "new" again. Check out her website to really see some of her work!
