Alexandra's warm personality and gentle technique made for a pleasant experience.
Excellent experience. The staff are friendly, gentle and professional. Booking was easy and the receptionist is very on it. The cleaning was gentle but thorough. I had some fillings done as well. I really appreciated how informative and calm Dr Mehran was. He made sure I was comfortable, not in pain, and took extra care with my clicky jaw.
Bad experience so far. Took a taxi from work just so that we could make it on time as we understand the doctor is very busy (since it’s very difficult to get an appointment and he works short hours). Arrived early and waited till 30mins past the agreed upon time. No AC in the waiting room in the height of the heatwave. For the price they are charging the service quality is too disappointing. I experienced the BEST of dental care with Dr. Sanei and his staff! I was visiting London and had a dental emergency. Dr. Sanei was professional, personable, and took care of the problem beautifully. So much so that even though I live in the States, I'll see Dr. Sanei and his team each time I visit London for ongoing dental care!
I'm really happy with the service I've received at 75 Harley Street Dental Practice. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a genuinely pleasant experience. The level of care is excellent, it's clear that both the dentists and hygienists are highly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do.
