I love this 7-11 almost every time I go to Singapore I will come to get something to eat at this 7-11 and the service is good.

Absolutely horrendous experience over here. Can the franchise owner of this 7-11 hire someone who is actually competent enough to do his job instead of having the consumer to teach him how to do his job? If this store attendant who goes by the name Ashok does not know how to redeem the vouchers in the system, maybe send him back to training before actually placing him in the store to effectively handle paying customers issue. Thanks
