(Last year , on the 24th and 25th Dec,the staff who were on duty were helpful. -Thank you i m able to get bck my lost item.) This year Before Chinese New year I bought a box of Mandarin Oranges , the staff on duty was very patient ,helpful and polite too when I enquire Abt the oranges etc. Just Abt an hour ago around 11pm (29 Mar'26 ),I visited the store , (should b the same staff whom I enquire Abt the oranges b4 CNY. .)..He also serve every customer politely with a smile. . When there was no one at the cashier, i called to the cashiers politely yet this one uncle shouted at me in chinese saying “we are busy la! Wait la!” The auntie standing beside did absolutely nothing about his attitude and the both of them are rude in general towards their customers which are mostly primary sch and secondary sch kids frm the neighbouring schools. If they want to be this rude then don’t work at this particular 711 where you will be dealing w alot of kids
My friend was paying by ezlink but he said card so the employee got angry and raised her voice at him . This is not even the first time and it was the same employee
Very poor personality female indian cashier. So prideful saying she cant understand my english when its her comprehension thats low. You should be the one handling irate costumers not the other way around. Bad attitude female indian
Very disappointing service. Was there a moment ago, intend to buy 1 bottle of barley tea and 2 bottles of milo coffee. The 2 bottles of milo coffee is on promotion, 2 for a cheaper price. 2 staffs were around, 1 shift a bottle away from me wanting to close my bill but was distracted by i supposed a regular customer cause he suddenly make small chat with him and wanna in fact close his bill instead of mine.
