Cashier Mr velu is quite impolite didn’t appreciate that Otherwise it’s on the larger side as 7-11’s go
The staff refused to give me a straw and told me to figure it out myself
Visited on 20March at noon. Faced some difficulties with the coffee machine and the drink was only half filled. Staff were both (female and male) super friendly, very amazed by the service. Thank you for the hard work today.
Counter staff Velu is downright rude. Greeted him - no reply. Informed him I'll be using pay wave- no acknowledgement. Dour face throughout. If you are so unhappy, get another job.
Rude native female Indian staff with poor customer service! Shouting at customers like she's the employer not employee. Sucks!
