Very disappointed, came at 7am was not open (should’ve been), again wasn’t open at 7:30 very unprofessional
Franchise owner maybe should change it. It’s no longer 7/11. It’s 7/10.30. Even said, I was still within opening hours. And the Chinese aunty already all changed and sitting at counter waiting to clock out. I thought all 7/11 were 24 hours. This one isn’t. Note the hours. False advertising.
7-11 staff closed the shop at 2230hrs when it was suppose to close at 2300hrs is a old lady wearing specs. Please train your employees understand closing timing
