Overall, the place itself is good, but the staff member working that day was quite rude and unprofessional. He had earbuds in both ears the entire time, even while serving customers and scanning items, which came across as inattentive and disrespectful. It would have been more understandable if he only had one earbud in, but wearing both while interacting with customers felt inappropriate.
