Great food and nice staff.
Staying in Murfreesboro but made a quick trip to Franklin for lunch. On a friends recommendation we had lunch at 55 South. Her recommendation was spot on!! Friendly bartender, very good food and cold beer. Can’t ask for more than that!!
Rude waitress. Food was mediocre. Was not impressed. There are many other better restaurants in Franklin.
The chargrilled oysters were the best I have ever ate. The deviled eggs were ok but the hot pickles were Devine. I had the shrimp & catfish poboy. It was too salty & very fishy. My husband had the steak & cheese sandwich. Neither one of us liked it. I got the slaw on the side with poboy instead of on the sandwich it was soooooo good. I am craving the oysters so I will be back.
Great food and Mark was a great bartender. Would definitely recommend it!
Attentive service and excellent food! The shrimp and grits were the best I've ever had! My husband loved the NOLA cheese steak. We shared a a cup of gumbo that was delicious! Highly recommend!
