We have been renting from 55 Residential for 4 months now and the experience has been really great. Our property manager Serese is a real credit to the company and is always on hand whenever we have any issues that need resolved. I have had some terrible experiences with disinterested property managers previously so Serese's effort is a breath of fresh air. Would recommend.

So far a really positive experience since moving in! Sarese goes above and beyond and is extremely responsive when things go wrong in the property and ensures work people are sent out asap if it is urgent - for example issues with water pressure, oven, heating etc. By far the best and loveliest property manager we have had.
Great experience renting with 55 residential. Sarese is very responsive, caring and helpful and ensures any queries we have are resolved swiftly.
