My Complaint To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding the incident with the communal door on Sunday, 23rd March 2025. I am disappointed with 54 North Homes' lack of support. Since moving in September 2024, the door has been a persistent problem. On 23rd March, the communal door broke, preventing entry or exit.
