BEST COLOR – Jen Helped me picked the best highlights for my hair. I was really unsure about what to do & she offered me great ideas! I have kept that color that past year that I have been going in. Im excited to see her ideas for winter!! Everyone there is so friendly and they never give me a hard time when I have come in with a bad cut or something bad in the past.
Great service and cuts – I love it here! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful haircuts. I left feeling great about everything. I've only had a cut so far, but Jennifer did such an amazing job I'm switching to her as my stylist. I've gotten more compliments about this haircut than all the rest combined. Bumble and Bumble products and the gallery are a great perk as well.
THE BEST – I have had my haircut at many different places in the twin cities and this was the best. They were very friendly and it was SO affordable. My stylist asked me alot of questions about what I wanted and I walked out with exactly what I asked for. I am SO happy, my roommate recently visited after seeing my hair and she also LOVED her service. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! :)
inconsisitent fizzle – my girlfriends hair was good and mine was a very terrible experience i will never go back there again

Great hair at a great price – I went to this salon for the first time today. Lezlie did an amazing job! She asked a lot of questions about my hair and my experiences to get a good feel for what I wanted. She talked through everything she planned to do and actually did what she said she was going to! I've already gotten a half dozen compliments on it at half the price of the last salon I went to. In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn't feel appreciated by my stylist – the cut was average not terrible but I guess I expected more. I think my stylist was tired or at the end of their rope for the day based on other talk in the salon

poor customer service-attitude galore – I didn't enjoy anything. to much attitude! and a bad cut. I paid a lot of money and they didn't deliver.

Chai Tea, Amazing Art, & Good Conversation. – This Salon is where I go in order to relax and pamper myself. I always arrive a little early so I can check out the art gallery at the back of the salon. With a hot cup of Chai I enjoy the intrigue and fascination of the art. Then when Jenny colors, highlights, and cuts my hair I have stimulating converstation to pass the time and a wonderful head of hair as I leave. This is the only salon for me and I highly recommend it.
Best Spa Service – My girlfriend and I had the best time. Even though the salon was busy because it was the weekend, we got the best service and had a blast. The spa area is so quaint and the women made us feel so good. My friend had a massage (she loved it) and I had a facial. It was the most relaxing facial and I got the best eyebrow wax I have ever had. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.
