Excellent service throughout the whole rental period. Foisal was outstanding cause he said on my first day “always give way to cyclists and motorcyclist even you are on right side to be safe”
I hired a Prius and was really surprised as I had read some of the bad reviews. The customer service was excellent and really helpful people. I would recommend to anyone looking for a PCO car.
I had the worst experience with 5 Star PCO. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Firstly, they gave me a car that was filthy and damaged, later I was charged for that damage which I didn’t do. They took that money without my acknowledgment. I guess money is that important to them that they take money off from you whenever they like. Honestly, do yourself a favour and never hire from them.
Extremely disappointed on the level of professionalism and customer experience. Do not make silly excuses, you embarrass yourselves, learn how to say yes or no. Stay away from them !
