Been using this place for a while and always been happy. Used them today and service has dropped - Charged £30 ‘because the car was dirty’, wheels were left dirty and when asked about it they said ‘that’s the best we can do’. Looks like service is going down hill here, will be using somewhere else from now on.
Usually a good experience but not my 2 latest visits. Last time the wash was poor but I put it down to being so busy but on today's visit...no improvement. I've just got home and the car is dirty still so a waste of £10. Not sure what's happening bit previously was always an excellent clean.
Terrible experience at this car wash. They didn’t clean my car properly, leaving dirt in multiple areas, and even damaged the top of my car. As soon as they took my money, they completely stopped caring. They are very rude people and showed no interest in addressing the issues I raised. When I asked them to clean the missed spots, someone came over and made it even worse by using dirty towels. Completely unprofessional, rude, and careless service. Avoid this place if you value your car and decent customer service.
