Just used them to clean 60 rooms & communal areas I have opening soon, firstly they sent three cleaners and over priced us for a shocking work done to the place, they waited outside before the job started and had cigarettes every half hour on the job

Attended site on a Friday evening to complete cleans. Advised cannot complete cleans the following morning and left site due to an ‘emergency?’, no followup phone call, and unresponsive when ringing their mobile to get clarity and to make alternative arrangements. Lack of professionalism, as also have them scheduled for further cleans following using them previously when would of given 5 stars.
