Biggest scammers out there Craig is the rudest patronising man, he doesn’t know anything about what he’s talking about. They will also charge you £150 to come and retrieve footage from your camera you paid £600 to have installed. DO NOT USE THEM THERE ARE PLENTY OF GENUINE SERVICES OUT THERE FOR MUCH CHEAPER
Supposed to read the reviews first. They do deserve all those 1 stars. Charge upfront £550, took half a day off from work and my wife so I could make my way to my appointment to have the CCTV installed and nobody showed up.
Low quality hardware for almost £550, then technician can't answer simple questions telling me he doesn't normally install them. I wouldn't recommend them
