I've been a... (Verified Renter) I've been a city girl all of my life, so I have some experience with different apartments and condos and living life downtown in general. 404 has been my absolute favorite place to stay in Texas, so far! I love 404! The community is fun and welcoming, the staff is professional and very pleasant (Alexa is a dream!), and you can't beat the location or parking at this place.

If they want... (Verified Renter) If they want a great location, free visitor parking, and nice floor plans, I would recommend them. If they want nice amenities and good management (based on the past year), I'd probably tell them to look elsewhere.
