Parts of the... (Verified Renter) Parts of the property aren't kept up very well i.e. stairwells, pool area or the perimeter. Also the building doesn't offer more entry options from the 1st floor level to easily access different parts of the building without having to walk the entirety of the hallways nor is the elevator accessible for all residents
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to live in a downtown environment. Fees very much like home for being in the middle of the city!

I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my unit itself. I think the common areas could be better maintained and cleaned. It feels like they are very rarely cleaned. The gym is tiny and has cheap equipment and is NEVER cleaned and maintained. There is one maintenance guy that I see regularly and he is great but the property is too big for him to maintain himself.
