Verified Renter One of the best locations downtown. A less than a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe’s makes grocery shopping easy. The pool area is always kept as clean as possible and maintenance is very attentive

Verified Renter I like living here. The complex has more of a homey feel than the other apartments in downtown. The amenities are not the best (small gym) but the apartments themsevles are nice. Also you can never hear the neighbors- which is really nice.

Verified Renter Great apartment building, quiet, and extremely solid maintenance team that works very hard. Overall a solid group of people work at this building and I have never had any issues at all. Not really sure what else I could ask for.

The unit and building is super clean. Any maintenance request has been answered within a day and resolved on the first visit. The location is unbeatable!
