Went in on Saturday to pick up a few things. Great customer service!
Been there twice ignored both times employees woul not come out from behind counter to help
Drove from NWA, with about 15 minutes till close. Mark stayed there an extra 30 trying to get me what I wanted. Awesome place with great employees.
The manager of this store has been great to work with. He remembers his customers and has gone the extra mile with me. He is the reason I keep coming back and why I refer my friends to stop in as well. If more businesses had this kind of service the Internet wouldn't be such a popular place to buy things. You definitely owe it to yourself to try the service here before clicking "buy" somewhere else.
I have been in this store many times and the customer service is amazing! They are very helpful and quick to answer any questions I have. I never wait long for work to be done and they are all very friendly!!
