It wasn’t a major issue and he could have covered it up and I would have never known about it. Instead, I was made aware of it and Chux Trux made it right and at no cost or inconvenience to me. He gave me all my options and went through each item explaining what made them good and why I'd want them. I left having set up an appointment for my 2012 Ford SVT Raptor. I've finally found the place for me.

This is my first experience with building a 4 wheel drive, they took the time to ask me what I wanted as far as looks and also types of tires I wanted they steered me in the right direction and did not try to push something on me that I did not want! John is very knowledgeable and customer oriented! Kevin took the time out of his day to show me a few of the parts and such on his truck! These guys are great! I will recommend them to anyone!
