Cannot recommend 4 Seasons enough! Jack was courteous and great with communication even when my repsonses were delayed. He was punctual and so speedy. He did a fantastic job clearing and cutting back both the front and back garden all in a day - we're so pleased with the results. Jack was also really knowledgeable and took time to give me great advice about the garden. Wouldn't hesitate to book him again.
Furious, booked in advance with a promise to do the front of the house, advised to order gravel in advance, never showed up on the agreed date, no comms to why, if there is a problem then at the least pick up the phone, I do not appreciate or tolerate this type of conduct as a service provider!!!! Ended up going with a RELIABLE LANDSCAPER dont try and lie either, considering I have messages stating the confirmation.
Contacted 4 Seasons as they are very location to where I live and had been recommended as a fantastic local business. We had Jack come over after advising the work we would need doing to bring some life into our garden following completing on our home in Winter. The garden had previously been neglected and overgrown with a very dirty and untidy patio area. Contacted Jack after recently moving into the area to help tame my overgrown garden. Was very easy to get in contact and he was able to come out to me later that same day to give a quote and talk me through the job. Jack spent 3 days cutting back all the overgrown bushes, taking out trees I didn't want, taking up the turf and laying a lovely new lawn for me. He was very friendly and did an excellent job.
