Really nice people and an excellent service
Looked at the carpet that they had accidentally stained and said to me quite honestly, we cannot clean it as the stain was quite bad. They then decided to give me a statement which said, the carpet cannot be cleaned at it is a natural fibre. This was really good service as they took so much trouble to fix their mistake. The insurance will now be able to pay for the new carpet. I really appreciated their honesty and hard work. They have an amazing customer service. Thank you and i can highly recommend their company!
