Great service, clear communication and quick turnaround - highly recommend!
Wouldn't recommend because of how they treat their customers. Dave, not realizing he was speaking to the owner of the car proceeded to moan about me calling me a ditherer etc. I was actually doing what Alex had told me to do about contacting my insurance about recovery. When I pointed out I was the owner Dave apologized but it was too late by then. After Diagnostics I recovered the car to another garage to carry out the repair because if they talk about clients like that behind their backs they won't get my money
Absolutely top experience from start to finish. Great comms and technical skills. When authorised Skoda delaership let us down (their first appointment was in 2 months 🙄), 3D Transmissions have done a fastastic job at replacing mechatronics unit of our Skoda DSG gearbox. Thank you!

Took my Audi A3 Convertible in to diagnose a rattle sound. After they diagnosed the problem as the dual mass flywheel I authorised the work and now my car is good as new thank you.
