We strive to provide quality service to every customer. We aren't perfect but we have significantly more happy customers than unhappy. This customer took out a maintenance plan with 3D Air. During the time we serviced the system, we made several recommendations and the customer chose to let a friend who worked for sears make repairs. While that is his choice, we chose to cancel the service plan, because we couldn't insure if the individual making repairs was licensed. He was not happy, as you can tell. Had a very old heat pump go out Thursday evening (1/18/18). Based on FB post I'd seen, I gave them a ring late Thursday night. By 10:00 Friday morning, we were already in process of installing a new Bryant heat pump system. Kevin Burke, Roger Gilham and the entire crew were outstanding and super easy to work with. Couldn't be happier with the new system or the really nice job they did with the install. New heat pumps are not cheap by any stretch, but they also have some great financing options. We had been trying to help an older lady in our neighborhood get her heat fixed. It went out Saturday. By Tuesday, 2 companies who had said they would fix it had delayed her again. With the 2 coldest days of the year coming, We called 3D. Jeremy got someone out to her house in about an hour. He checked it, drove to Birmingham to get the part and had her house nice and toasty before lunch. All at a very competitive price. Lots of companies can claim great service, but 3D actually delivers!! Thank you 3D!!

We had an 18 year old unit that finally bit the dust on Sunday...mind you in the middle of a down pour from Hurricane Nate. I called 3D and they said they would have someone out between 2-2:30. Chris called and showed up at 1:15pm. He took his time, worked on the unit and gave us an estimate for the repair but also to replace the unit. We decided it was time to do so and so they got on it the next day replacing the unit within a few hours.
