Great service and very thorough on the job. Identified the problem and resolved it quickly. I highly recommend them.
3D Air is great! Whenever we have issues with our unit they send someone out as soon as possible. We just recently purchased an air purifier (the Halo), and we love it! We have pets and I have noticed a fresher smelling home and less particles in the air.

Very dependable and honest company! Everyone I have worked with has been extremely nice. We just had a new unit installed and the entire process was easy and they made sure we understood everything that was going to happen. Highly recommended!!

Got a call from my wife saying it was 82 in the house and it climbed all the way to 88, called 3D they said they could get someone there by 7 this was around 3. Chris came in checked everything out found the faulty part in about 10 minutes and got in fixed by bed time it was 79 and this morning it was 72. Great service and attention. Thanks again for attention to your customers

Reading all of these "great" reviews makes me wonder what happened with my service. Because as of right now, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I had an appointment Monday and have yet to see anyone let alone hear from anybody to reschedule. All I got was excuse after excuse and I refuse to keep calling. So, sorry I can't give 5 stars for a company that's unprofessional with bad customer service.
