Never on time. My wife waited for over 3 hours yesterday for the guy to come over after we where told he would be over at 1pm. And he never showed up she called last night and left a message no call back called to day and left messages. She received a call back from there office and the lady said that the repair man came bye yesterday but u where not home that's a bunch of bull. Like you said we have been dealing with the owner of the home and were not given a phone number to the tenant until 5:00 last night. We did tell the owner of the home it could be around 1:00 yesterday but it could be later, we would let her know when we were headed that way. We were told that was ok. The technician did get held up on service call prior to us coming but we called the owner at 4:00 and told her we were on our wa... read more

Absolutley superb company. Proffesional, and knowledgable they can fix seemingly anything. They treat the customers with respect, and are honest to a tee. Wouldnt use anyone else. My unit went out late last night, a wore burnt up. 3D was there first in the am and had it back up and running, no problems at all. Fantastic company. If you use anyone else, you are using the second best.
Great service, prompt and efficient. Would recommend to others.

3D Air Sevices just left my home. Firstly, very glad to have air again! Chris was awesome! Very knowledgeable, quickly got us back up and running without giving any sort of run around. Before leaving, he explained several things that we might be interested in also doing, clearly describing pros, cons, and whys for each. Very satisfied!
