RecommendedOur first experience with 3d air was a few weeks back with Roger. Our unit had stopped working, due to the wires being fried. Roger was so nice and such a godly spirit. Roger suggested that it was about time to replace the 30 yr old unit. Fast forward to a month later, we decided to upgrade our system. This time Robert and Austin did the work. We are very, very happy with the service we have received. Roger, Clint, and Chivarious were very professional. We appreciated how they respected our home, leaving no trace of debris. 3D Air really knows what they're doing when it comes to customer service! They replaced both of my thermostats with new 'smart' models and walked me through the entire process. It's been the first time Alexa has actually listened to me since getting it a year ago! Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable. I am so pleased with my new unit. My air went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called and Roger was here asap. Got me up and going even though my 20 yr unit was shot and had to be replaced. Monday I got my new unit and I love it!!!! Next the grill on my filter broke and fell and Roger came back out and replaced and fixed that. It was so refreshing to get good service with a caring company!!!! Will Never call anyone else again!!! Honest and excellent service!!!!

I wish I could rank them higher than 5 stars. The entire process from getting the quote, to setting up the appointment and getting our old HVAC & water heater replaced was perfection.
