We woke up this morning with no heat on our upstairs unit. Called 3-D Air and the problem was fixed within a few hours! Chris was wonderful! Fast, efficient, and professional! Great company! We wouldn’t use anyone else!!

I can’t say enough about this business!!! They have the bestestest 😬 customer service, sales people and service technicians! We purchased a complete new HVAC system back June 2020 we also purchased the additional air purifier thinking it would help with the allergies I have. Obviously things have changed and the allergies I was dx’d with is the least of our concerns 🤷🏼♀️ The system is wonderfully quiet and I love the air purifier!! It's not easy to find an honest and dependable HVAC company. 3D Air did an outstanding job, installing my new system promptly and at a good price. When a minor problem arose a month later, they quickly resolved it. I'll always recommend them.
Our air went out about 1:30 this afternoon. I’m nearly 6 months pregnant and we all know how Alabama summers are. I panicked. By 2:00, I had an appointment for a technician to come out between 4:00-6:00. Our tech arrived at 4:40, and the air is fixed just after 5:00. I can’t say how nice they are. I definitely recommend purchasing your warranty package with your unit, and I absolutely recommend using 3D Air Services!
