Just had my first appointment at 381 with Josephine. I can't praise her enough. My feet were treated to a medi pedi and they feel fantastic. Such a professional service and diagnosed my issue immediately. Suggested treatment and gave brilliant advice. I've already booked another medi pedi as my feet were treated so well. I’ve had a few visits to 381 and the service from the moment you book is brilliant! Helen from reception is super efficient, always welcoming and friendly. Today I had nail surgery and I just want to say a huge thank you to Lorraine for making the whole experience so much easier than I expected. I was able to make my booking very quickly and received expert care from Gaia Holmes who was very informative about the treatment I needed. Will be back.
From the initial call with Helen on reception who was super helpful to my daughter having her appointment with Becky, I would highly recommend. Becky was so patient and put my daughter at ease when we visited today for advice/minor treatment for her verrucas. Thank you
