The new lower celling successfully creates a more controlled and potentially more intimate retail atmosphere, improving acoustics, The primary feedback is to invest in warmer (lower Kelvin) LED lighting to soften the space and ensure vertical storage is kept pristine to avoid the lower celling feeling oppressive.

Two weeks prior to our scheduled collection date, we specifically requested a Ford Transit sized van and made it explicitly clear that we did not want a Mercedes Sprinter. Despite this, when we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were provided with a Sprinter van. This substitution caused significant issues. The Sprinter was too large internally and did not fit on our driveway, which disrupted our plans and created unnecessary stress. Weekend van hire was reasonably priced and staff were helpful. Although the van had lots of damage this didn't bother us as it was clearly marked on the paperwork, it wasn't until we found that the key for the back door was broken that we were advised that this could not be locked, this was an issue for us as we were driving an almost 800 mile (14 hour) round trip with no way of securing the stuff (all of our dads possessions) in the back of the van.
