Darren sorted my drains. He called me immediately to tell me he was on the way and give an ETA. He arrived just after he said he would. He fixed my drains and was extremely helpful, informative and kind. Five stars.
Vic came out within 2 hours and sorted the problem
Really happy with their service tonight. From calling after 1700 and speaking to Vic, Darren was soon in touch to let me know his ETA and was on site within the hour. Darren explained what he was doing, kept me updated and once done showed me the camera footage to see the blockage was gone and condition of the pipe. Both Vic and Darren were nice to deal with and I could see I was in good hands with Darren. They are now stored in my mobile phone should the need arise as I would not hesitate using them again.
Contacted this company last week, they said yes happy to come out and access the issue. They said you will be contacted shortly by our team to let you know what time they will be there today approximately. No one rang, I chased politely and was told don’t worry you are the next call, they will ring you. That was Friday afternoon, it’s now Wednesday and no one has contacted me at all, hence the 2 star review. Who knows if they are any good at the physical work. I had a flood in a restaurant because of a blocked pipe on Friday night. We had to evacuate customers in the middle of the service. I was very worried and panicked. I called a few companies. This company arranged the engineer quickly within about 15-30 minutes. The engineer Daren came to fix it after his other job. He quickly unblocked the pipe in less than 1 hour.
