Staff are incredibly rude. One woman hung up the phone on me when I was enquiring about a property. Service is absolutely shocking. If you want anything done with the property, don’t expect it to happen within 2 years. Lived in a house for 2 years with them and received absolutely no help. Had to say it was an extreme emergency just to get them to fix the radiator that had come off the wall and the dishwasher that flooded our entire kitchen and living room. Constantly waiting over a week for replies in email and always having to follow up with requests. Seems like whenever I get in contact I’m ignored until I follow up and even then responses take a long time .
one of the worst letting agents, they will refuse to deal with any housing issues even if the place is unsafe to live in. would recommend if you love inhaling mould and getting health complications
