Ali was really my hero a couple of evenings ago, I went to get in my car to find the tyre flat and damaged! I was very upset and panicked! Lucky for me a friend recommended this service. Through whatsapp I messaged Ali who replied straight away and came out within 15 minutes, I thought I was going to need a new tyre ( the tyre was only 4 weeks old) but Ali explained a screw had damaged the tyre and he could repair it by fixing the puncture as my tyre was still in good condition and didn’t need replacing and this worked out c... read more
Great swift response and repair from point of contact to driving to me and then the repair 40 mins max is very convenient with great customer service
Ali was absolutely amazing, honestly can’t actually stress that enough. I messaged him at 12am and he replied straight away and was with me in 10 minutes. Originally I thought it was just a puncture but it turned out that the tyre needed replacing, which was not a problem at all as he was well stocked in his van and had the correct tyre. It took 15 minutes in total to change the tyre and I had a tyre cover which was very tightly clipped in which he took off with great care. Could not recommend Ali enough, he was great!!
