Not impressed with this company at all
I've used 247 blinds for years now. I love you can order unlimited samples, they literally take 24 hours to come. I've had different types of blinds, all different sizes and styles. I'm about to buy some more, it's the only place I want to order from. There's some to fit every budget. They have contact centres in Huddersfield I believe, I really do appreciate that. We do not recommend their plantation blinds. After waiting weeks for our plantation blinds, they turned up and were not fit for purpose for the following reasons:- 1) Hinges fitted on the wrong side of the small blind and is upside down. 2) Many paint work issue on small blind. 3) Design between the two window blinds does not match. 4) Slats on the big blind do not fully close. 5) Door magnets do not hold the doors closed or flush to the frame, which is probably caused by the hinges not being fitted correctly. 24/7 disappointment Ordered motorised blinds after confirming my exact dimensions and Somfy motor model in advance, and was told everything was compatible. After ordering, there were no updates. Twice, weeks apart, I had to chase only to be told the order hadn’t registered in their system. After more than six weeks, production finally checked and said the blinds can’t be made with lift functionality at my dimensions—something that should have been flagged before I paid. I have order samples, and it comes in with nice ' make a note' card. I did eventually bought venetian 50mm blinds, and they are perfect. I have manged to save so much more money ( I actually ordered 8 blinds in total) compering to the actual shop quotations. Good quality and clear instructions of installation. Arrived safely packed. you can also add measure insurance while ordering blinds.
