I ordered a blind and paid for express delivery. The item failed to be delivered so I had to purchase a blind elsewhere. When I contacted their customer service team I was told they were unable to provide a refund or cancel the order as it has been shipped but they were unable to provide me with tracking number for the item. Since placing the order I heard nothing from them until I made contact when the item failed to arrive. Will not be using again and wouldn’t recommend.
Great service, samples arrived promptly. Just need to make a decision.

Great quality blinds, easy to install (I went for the ‘no drill’ option and I can only recommend it!). I wanted to change the colour of the blinds after placing my order so I contacted customer service. They were super quick to respond, and tried to help but unfortunately it was too late to make any changes as my blinds were already prepped for delivery. All in all, I’m happy with my order and will definitely buy from 247 Blinds again in the future.
Curtain samples arrived the next day.
