Blinds were delivered with missing brackets. Have tried to contact 247 Blinds for a week via their website and telephone number and still cannot get through to them!!!! Great blinds but terrible customer care!!
I am made up with the quality and price of my new blinds from 247, I got three blinds for a bay window, a screw in blind for my bathroom as I have it tiled and a larger blind for my bedroom, and I would definitely order again from these
I ordered blinds from 247blinds for the first time and I’m very disappointed. The side panel that opens and closes the blinds is stuck, making them unusable. I emailed customer service about returning them, but they haven’t replied or offered any help with the return. Poor service and not the experience I expected for my first order.
