Having purchased many blinds from this company over the years I feel that the level of customer service is appalling now. Blinds are supplied with a 5 year warranty. Try getting through to them by email or using their online contact page when you need their help. Terrible communication. Even calling many times has not resulted in fixing a faulty two year old blind. They used to be better. Shame.
Really bad experience with them.
