Rancho Cordova-Rosemont, is adequate and have almost everything I need with equipment. Trainer and sales spokesman Kelly was awesome🤸🏼♂️
Really liked it. My downside is I am so out of shape. Super sore.
Its super gross. Owners dont care about fixing stuff and staff are rude. Last night there were shrimp tails on the floor of ladies locker room. No fault of management of course but thats what youre dealing with at this place.
This is a good gym but the machines are old and it is pretty small gym. Wish they had a machine to ring out the wet clothes like the Folsom property does. And there is no child care.It gets the job done.
Good thing I like going to this gym because it's convienent and doesn't get busy when I go in the morning... The staff sucks doesn't look liked they been trained on customer service... they are not friendly at all and if you ask a question they look at you as if your inconveniencing them. They machines always seem to be broken. But like I said I go to workout and leave.
