The facility it's self is great, but a staff member named Nick was very rude, kept making sexual induendoes to my daughter and kept calling me at work to see if I was going to join. Um I had a 5 day pass to see, but on day 2 he started calling me at work, then everyday after that so I only went 3 out of my 5 days and decided that this was not for me.
This is a great gym if you just want to work out for real. If you want eye candy and wanna do your make up and shit go somewhere else. But this gym is a place where real people go to work out. I hit this place 5 days a week at lunch and can get a lot done in an hour if I miss lunch I hit the gym by my home on elk grove florin rd...but that place is packed at 6...but that is to be expected
Not in great condition. Old broken down equipment. Nothing works. Better bargains elsewhere. Only use this gym because it is close to home. Need to invest some real capital to be competitive.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, I've seen staff and trainers come and go but it always stays the same. It provides that small mom and pop location feel even though it's part of a huge corporation. Keep up the great work guys.
