Great place to workout at enjoy
I go to use the cardio equipment and free weights, I stay away from the "prime hours" and usually get my workout done in an hour from warm-up to cool down - outside of that I've got no complaints
Considering I go before dawn it isn’t bad- gets all of my needs med- not crowded at all(at 0400 anyway)!

7 months ago I posted how upset I was with this location. I am happy to say you guys have turned your trainers around and I couldn’t be happier. Ty is an amazing trainer and great to work with. It also seems like you’ve used the cleaning and maintenance. I’m happy you guys turned around and changed my mind. Great job.
